What’s available today
A Live Session shows the full Transcript on its page, with speaker labels and timecodes. The transcript panel has its own Copy transcript and Download transcript buttons, each with format options. There’s no Share button on the transcript yet — that option is in the text-selection menu but is marked “Coming soon.” The actions on the session itself are Edit (rename) and Delete.Copy or download transcript text
At the top of the Transcript panel, click Copy transcript to copy it as Markdown or rich text, or Download transcript to save it as Markdown, plain text, or a Doc file. You can also select the text on the page and copy it with your browser (Cmd-C on Mac) — the transcript is plain on-page text, so a normal selection works too.Work with the meeting in a chat
Besides copying or downloading the transcript, you can also Start chat from the session. Chief then answers from the transcript and can draft a recap, an email, or a summary you can paste wherever you need it — keeping the meeting’s content in Chief.FAQ
I copied the transcript but lost the speaker labels. Why?
I copied the transcript but lost the speaker labels. Why?
A plain selection copies the visible text; how speaker chips and timecodes come across depends on your browser. For a clean recap, ask Chief in a chat started from the session.
