Tell the Chief team what to build or fix
Have an idea that would make Chief better, or hit something that isn’t working right? Send it from the Get Help widget. Feedback and bug reports go straight to the team so they can prioritize and follow up.Submit feedback or a feature idea

- Click the Get Help button — the question-mark help icon in the left navigation bar (it’s also in your account menu).
- Wait for the help panel to open.
- Choose the option to share feedback or send a message.
- Describe your idea: what you want to do and why it would help.
- Click Send to submit it.
Report a bug
- Open the Get Help widget.
- Start a message describing the problem.
- List the steps to reproduce it, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- Note your browser and whether reloading the page helped.
- Click Send.

Feedback is an idea or request for something new or better. A bug report is something that is broken or behaving unexpectedly. Both go through the same Get Help widget; just say which one it is.

Not every idea gets an individual reply, but the team reads what comes in. For a bug, include your account email so the team can follow up if they need more detail.

Reopen the Get Help widget and check the messages view; a sent report appears there. If it isn’t listed, your message may not have gone through, so try sending it again with a stable connection.
