Organization Owners can use the Audit log to see who changed Organization settings, membership, billing, and integrations.

Open and filter the audit log

  1. Open Organization settings.
  2. Select Audit.
  3. Filter by Area, Actor, Category, or Resource type. Areas include General, Members, Billing, and Integrations; categories include Business, Security, and System.
  4. Select an event to review its details. Use a resource link to filter the list to that resource.
  5. Click Load more to retrieve older events, or Clear filters to return to the full log.
The audit log records events such as invitations, role and Project-access changes, members leaving, shared-domain changes, billing updates, and integration deployment or configuration changes.
ℹ️ Good to Know: System-generated entries list System as the actor. If Chief can no longer resolve a person’s identity, the actor appears as Unknown user.
