Set Organization credit usage alerts
Organization Owners can open Billing from the account menu, select the Alerts tab, and add thresholds from 1% to 100% under Credit usage alerts. When usage reaches each threshold, Chief alerts the Organization’s owners and billing contacts. If you set none, the default alerts are 80% and 100%.Manage billing contacts
On the Billing page, select the Contacts tab, then Add contact to add the people who should receive billing notifications. Choose an Organization member, or add an outside email address. Each contact is tagged Member or External.ℹ️ Good to know: Card details, invoices, and receipts are managed entirely inside Stripe’s portal — Chief never stores your full card number. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoice (rather than card) payment; contact sales to set this up.

Organization Owners can open Billing from the account menu and select Manage plan. You can also select Manage Subscription on the pricing page. Update or replace the card in Stripe and retry the charge there — see Payment & billing issues if the portal itself won’t open. If a refill payment failed, your credits won’t be added until a successful payment completes.
